Non-Consumable Materials:

  • 6 Qt. Precision Mixer $200
  • Cookie Sheet". Cost $20.00 US.
  • Various measuring cups (SS). Cost $20.00 US.
  • 10" Bamboo Kitchen Spoon. Cost $3.00 US.

    • Consumable Materials:

  • 4 C. Flour.
  • 1.5 C. Sugar.
  • 4 or 5 eggs
  • 1.0 tsp. baking soda.
  • 1.0 tbl. vanilla extract.
  • 1.0 C. Canola Oil
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • 3 C. of chocolat chips
  • optional sprinkle of salt

    • Procedure:

    1. Mix liquids eggs and oil.

    2. In separate bowl mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

    3. Mix and beat until smooth. Slowly add dry, should be thick/runny at the end.

    3. Spoon into cookie pan.

    4. Preheat oven to 375F.

    5. Cook for 12 minutes.
