Non-Consumable Materials:

1. Cake Pan 9" X 13". Cost $13.00 US.

2. Cake knife. Cost $15.00 US.

3.10" Mixing bowl. Cost $16.00 US.

4. 2 Cup Pyrex Measuring cup. Cost $15.00 US.

5. Various measuring cups (plastic). Cost $5.00 US.

Consumable Materials:

1. 2 C. Flour.

2. 1.5 C. Sugar.

3. 3/4 C. Cocoa.

4. 1.0 C. milk.

5. 2 eggs

6. 2.0 tsp. baking soda.

7. 1.0 tsp. baking powder.

8. 2.0 tsp. vanilla extract.

9. 0.50 C. Canola Oil or Butter

10. optional sprinkle of salt

Procedure:

1. Mix liquids milk, eggs and oil.

2. In separate bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

3. Mix liquids eggs and beat until smooth. Slowly add dry, should be runny at the end.

3. Mix all together and pour into cake dish.

4. Preheat oven to 350F.

5. Cook for 30 - 35 minutes and slice.
