Objective:

Non-Consumable Materials:

1. Cookie Sheet. Cost $20.00 US.

2.10" Mixing bowl. Cost $16.00 US.

3. 2 Cup Pyrex Measuring cup. Cost $15.00 US.

4. 10" Bamboo Kitchen Spoon. Cost $5.00 US.

5. Various measuring cups (plastic). Cost $5.00 US.

Consumable Materials:

1. 5 C. Flour;

2. 0.50 Oz. Fast Rising Yeast.

3. 0.25 C. sugar.

4. 1 tsp. salt.

5. 0.75 C. warm water.

6. 1.0 C. Milk.

7. 0.333 C. Canola Oil

Procedure:

1. Mix liquids, sugar and yeast. Proof yeast.

2. Mix in 4 cups of flour. Make dough and let rest for 10 minutes on lightly floured counter with bowl covering.

3. Oil cookie sheet , and place 12 balls. Let rise until double in size.

4. Preheat oven to 400F.

5. Cook for 15 minutes and slice.
