Project 28: DC Dummy Load.

Objective:
To build a 3 to 30 V Dummy Load with 30 W load capacity. Max. charge voltage is about 13.1 V, and recharge at 11.8 to 12.0 V. Note the box in the photos has a Type-N connector, that is not part of the standard box.

Procedure
- Use Ohms law and electrical potential relationsips to calculate the resistance and quantity.
- Cut Vector Board to size, and drill holes to install into base of box .
- Wire the radial resistors in parallel.
- Install the terminal on the board.
- Install the 4mm bannana sockets in the panel.
- Install the volt meter on top.
- Install the switch on top.
- Complete rest of wiring.
