Project 23: Cabinet Drawer Rebuild.

Objective:
To rebuild a damaged kitchen cabinet drawer. The materials were 1/4 plywood.

- 2 qty, 19 in. 1X4 Pine
- 2 qty, 9-1/2 in. 1X4 Pine
- 18-3/8&quo X 10-3/8&quo 1/4 in. Plywood

- 1x 4" 10' Southern Yellow Pine (SYP) Lumber. Cost $11.22 ea.
- 1/4 3X8 BCX Plywood. Cost $30.82 ea.

Procedure
1. Cut 1/4 notch across 10 foot board.
2. Cut board shape, 4 pieces
3. Drill holes on each end of 19" long sides
4. Screw 3 boards, 2 sides and back.
5. Slide in 1/4" plywood into frame
6. Screw on the front board.
7. Drill pilot holes and screw in 4 screws to secure front panel.
8. Drill out hole for handle.
9. Screw in handle and tighten.
10. Using orbital sander sand rough edges with 150 grit paper.
