Design:

Drawing 1

Procedure

1. Cut 2X6 lumber used for legs and frame to length:

2. Cut 3/4" plywood to shape.

3. Drill holes and use lag bolts to secure legs to frame

4. Place 3/4" plywood on frame

5. Drill 10 pilot holes, centered on frame 2x4. First drill 1/8" pilot hole 2.5" deep, next drill 3/16" through plywood, and then add counter bore using 1/2" drill bit.

6. Screw in the ten #10 2.5" Wood Screws.

7. Using oribtal sander and 80 grit paper sand the table, and prime. Fill in any defects with wood filler.

8. Paint with black paint.

9. Add any stencilling if desired.

11. Paint with polyurethane. Using orbital sander and 150 grit paper sand down and reapply. I used with three coats. Let each coat harden at least overnight
