Objective:
The majority of the system is 20 years old and the system needs a general replacement. The system is 2.5 ton SEER 14 natural gas heater and air conditioning unit. The circulating fan is paired with both furnace and air conditioner.

Conclusion:
I decided to purchase the 3.0 ton Ruud System with 10 year warranty. No scheduled maintenance required until year 4 (2028).
