Conclusion:

GE Appliance a Haier Co is listed as certified in NSF database.

Clearwater is not listed as certified in NSF database. Futhermore, I could not find the address of this company.

Update 2022-11-23: Clearwater was active in IAPMO R&T. The CWMF034 is indeed listed, but by a different company AGA Imports LLC. It does have the MIST trademark registered.

Both filter brands are manufactured in China.
