Purchased GE Profile Side-By-Side Refrigerator April 12th from Costco Online, for $2,199.99. Earliest delivery scheduled for May 2nd, installation and take away was included.

Operation :
Date 2022-12-26: Dishwasher ice machine had issues would not operate would just make a humming sound. I tried to dump ice, thaw and reinstall several times. Verified that there ice is not dropped. Called Costco Concierge Services 2nd year warranty (1-866-861-0450) to schedule an appointment but agent could not reach GE that day. Agent informed that the case number is 221226-002326
Date 2022-12-27: Called back and set-up appoint for Jan. 4th between 8 am and 5 pm. Confirmation number is 068202670.
Date 2023-01-04: Technician quickly identified that it was the auger motor. He did not have the part and it would have to be ordered so a follow up appointment scheduled for Thursday, Jan 12th.
Date 2023-01-12: Technician came in at about 11:00 am took about 45 minutes to charge out the electric motor for the auger shaft.
Date 2023-08-18: Called Costco warranty service (866-861-0450) and requested new shelf second from the top. The agent just ordered a new one and informed the case number of 230818-000539.
Date 2023-08-27: Recieved the new shelf in the mail. It was the correct shelf and it installed in shelf correctly.
