2019-05-05 Costco Cost: $289.99.
2021-12-04: When started it was difficult. But, it did start and ran smooth with choke on. However, motor surged with choke off. It is not the air filter, gas cap. It may be due to dried fuel in filter or carburator?
2021-12-05: Took carburetor appart 3X to clean main jet, idler jet, and ports. Everything looked clean but when put back together. When put back together it idled much smoother but still shutdown when loaded. I ordered a $20 carburetor Subaru Robin EA190V, cost $18.
2021-12-09: Installed the new carburetor but it did not work well. Also, choke action was loose it requires a spring to stay in run mode. I removed and installed the original, it did seem to work. Added seafoam stabilizer to the fuel.
2021-12-11: Runs no problem but does not reach full power. The pressure washer does not clean effectively. On second look, there is still some issue idling, but the power seems OK. Surface cleaner rotating parts appear worn and was leaking, after tear down it does appear that the wear was an issue. Plan to pack of grease and try again.
2021-12-19: Mr. Mingle 15" Surface Cleaner was delivered. It turned out the power washer engine is still searching (rpm up and down when idling) but it produces enough power when pumping. The chinese knock-off surface cleaner appears to perform up to expectations.
