Your request for warranty return has been reviewed, It has been determined that your boots show no signs of a manufacturer's defect based on the materials and workmanship. 

The boots are showing signs of breakdown due to wear and tear. The amount and length of time on products can vary by style, classification for use and the amount of wear utilized.
